Schiff Discusses Aid to Karabakh in Exclusive Interview with Asbarez/Horizon

Asbarez Editor Ara Khachatourian talked to Rep. Adam Schiff ^[1] on Wednesday about his efforts in the House Appropriations Committee, which resulted in more than doubling aid to Karabakh, provisions for Javakhk and maintaining aid to Armenia and the military parity between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
