MONTEBELLO, Calif.—Among the multiple activities that are always in progress at the Montebello Armenian Center, there are now new exercise classes taught by fitness instructor, Roze Bagoian. “It is a great class. We have a fun and energized group that works out twice per week. What is nice about the program is that it is designed it to accommodate any level. Each exercise is demonstrated with beginner and advanced level modifications. This allows the participant to achieve maximum benefit and prevent injuries. It works well for beginners as well as advanced members and everything in between,” Roze said.
