Artsakh Hosts Wine Festival

Artsakh's President Bako Sahakian, Prime Minister Ara Haroutyunyan, and Archbishop Pargev Martirosian examin homemade and mass produced wines from Artsakh


TOGH, Artsakh—On Oct. 18, Artsakh’s Togh village, located in the Hadrout region, hosted the Artsakh’s Wine Festival. The Festival featured wines made in the region and other parts of Artsakh and Armenia.

Artsakh’s President Bako Sahakian noted the importance of holding such events, describing the Festival as another way of maintaining national traditions and promoting local production at the same time.

Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, Prime Minister Ara Haroutyunyan and other officials also partook in the event.
