YEREVAN—The names of three of the seven Azerbaijani soldiers, who were neutralized on the night of March 6 by the Artsakh Defense Army while counterting an attack, have been revealed by officials. According to Armenpress, the names of the servicemen are Zamin Aminov, Alekper Abasov and Shalal Hasanov.
Azerbaijan has been continuously violating the ceasefire regime on the line of contact between Artsakh’s and Azerbaijan’s opposing forces using arms of various caliber. At the same time, the adversary has tried to carry out sabotage and reconnaissance acts with involvement of special forces.
On Friday night, the Armenian forces had to resort to retaliatory actions to suppress Azeri attacks, as a result of which at least three Azeri soldiers were killed, the Defense Army reported.
Artsakh’s armed forces also undertook preemptive measures in the northeastern part of the line of contact. According to reports, four soldiers from the Azeri Special Forces were killed in that operation.
The Armenian side reported no casualties.
Have they disclosed the names of the other four? One of them is a Turkish military instructor who was training the Axeries.
