ARF Delegation Meets with Socialist EDEK Party in Cyprus, Discusses Syria

NICOSIA, Cyprus—An Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) delegation headed by ARF Bureau member Khatchig Mouradian met with the Movement for Socialist Democracy (EDEK) party Vice President Kostis Efstathiou in Cyprus, on May 29.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the Syrian crisis—including potential avenues of cooperation on issues concerning minorities in Syria, particularly the Syrian Armenian community—as well as the Armenian Genocide Centennial.

Members of the Cyprus ARF Gomideh Hagop Manougian and Sarhad Demirdjian were also present at the meeting, as well as ANC of Cyprus member Garen Kouyoumdjian.
