Swedish DJ and performer Avicii is collaborating with System of A Down frontman Serj Tankian, The Rolling Stone reports.

24-year-old Tim Bergling, more commonly known by his stage name Avicii, is expected to release a follow up LP to his 2013 album, True, late this year, and the new record is expected to contain more rock-inspired tracks.

“It’s going to be a lot more song-oriented,” Bergling said. “‘True’ was an attempt at that, getting electronic music in a song format.”

Avicii also collaborated with Coldplay’s Chris Marting, Green Day singer Billie Joe Armstrong, Incubus guitarist Mike Einziger and others for the new album.

Avicii was ranked 3rd on DJ Magazine ’s annual Top 100 DJs in 2012 and 2013 and has been nominated for two Grammy Awards  for his work on “Sunshine” with David Guetta in 2012 and for his song “Levels” in 2013.
