MOSCOW (Tass)—Moscow confirms its readiness to assist in a negotiation process between Armenia and Azerbaijan as this issue is high on the agenda, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Friday.

“We have stressed on many occasions that the fate of Nagorno-Karabakh should be settled through negotiations,” the Russian diplomat said.

“We’re confirming our readiness as an international mediator to provide all assistance together with the co-chairmen of the OSCE Minsk Group to the sides in implementing this goal,” Zakharova said.

“This issue will not be removed from the agenda of the foreign ministry as it is paid priority attention,” the spokeswoman said.

The best assist will be not to assist Azeries by selling them weapons and officially stand by Armenia.

Denouncing the disgraceful Treaty of Moscow would be a much better step by Russia.
