we are not naive and not dumb. Keeping Artsakh separate from Armenia benefits only Russia. Artaskh is part of Armenia and there are proper documents to prove it.

They need to discuss ways to reduce the number of casualties suffered on the lines of contact, not tour around the relative safety of the city center.

You need to discuss the reunification of Artsakh with Armenia and the liberation of remaining occupied Armenian territories from the artificial gas station of Azerbaijan. Somewhere in there you also need to discuss and strategize how to turn the rest of this formerly non-existent and fabricated Azerbaijani republic on ancient Armenian lands, for the former Caucasian Muslim Tatar terrorists, into Armenia’s parking lot. Let’s put those deadly and sophisticated long range weapons into good use!
