Every day for 29 years I have seen military trucks carrying our young people to our borders to defend the country. I know that the Meres of the Diaspora, Azeris, Armenians mourn their missing children; As far as Turkey and Azerbaijan are concerned, because of the criminal intransigence of the rulers for reasons of domestic policy in order to retain the power to enrich themselves more and more. I am, we are sad but I feel a deep degout in the face of this type of individual, heritier of this tradition of hatred of the other rather than admiration which was the case for the Armenians who served all the time to build the state of its culture of its economy, where they were. Really I do not understand this hatred of Turkish, of azerie, while we have given them so much, for all periods, centuries, proof to know that since the genocide, scattered, tribulation in the world these states value us, appreciate us, respect us. I would never cease to call our retreats in the diaspora, in the face of their existence, to bring their knowledge, know-how to the country, a crucial mission to enable the development of the country all round.
