Karabakh Negotiations to Resume in April

YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)A meeting will be held between the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe’s Chairman and Co-Chairmen March 17-18 in Paris.

Armenia and Azerbaijan will not participate in the meeting of the OSCE Minsk group on March 19. The negotiations will resume in early April in Moscow.

Russia’s Co-Chairman–Yuri Yukalov–said that high-ranking diplomats of Russia–France and the US agreed to cooperate and discuss the schedule of the OSCE Minsk Group on handling the conflict negotiations.

Yukalov said that Co-Chairmen Strobe Talbott–Valentin Lozinsky and Jacques Blot may visit the region in the near future. He also said that American diplomat Joe Pressel and French Ambassador George Vogier recently became Co-Chairman of the OSCE Minsk Group.
