Iran Armenia Turkmen’stan Talks Held in Yerevan

YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan) – Armenia’s Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Manassarian met with his counterparts from Iran and Turkmen’stan–who arrived in Yerevan Monday to participate in a series of talks with various officials. The sides exchanged views on problems impeding the implementation of joint Armenian-Iranian projects. They also stressed the importance of high level cooperation in the sciences and sports.

The parties also pointed out the necessity to continue cooperation in the fringes of international organizations–exchange of views and consultations–as well as submitted their proposals regarding extension of the tripartite cooperation in fields of industry–trade–health care–tourism–transport–energy and sciences.
