Russia’s Policy in Transcaucasia Didn?t Change

YEREVAN (Respublica Armenia)–A reporter of Respublica Armenia held an interview with co-chairman of OSCE Minsk group Yuri Yukalov.

Yukalov reaffirmed Russia’s position as remaining the constant in regards to Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh–despite recent collaborations with Gaidar Aliyev.

The OSCE official asserted that Russia firmly supports the proposals set forth by the Minsk Conference chairs.

According to Yukalov–the OSCE negotiations will resume–quite possibly before Aliyev’s scheduled visit to Washington.
