Armenian Airlines to Sign Deal with European Carriers

YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–Four large European airline companies KLM–Lufthansa–Air France and British Mediterranean–have offered Armenian Airlines the opportunity to sign interline agreemen’s.

Armenian Airlines president Tigran Achoyan told Noyan Tapan that the agreemen’s will be signed within this month.

Achoyan said the international interest in Armenian Airlines did not come as a surprise–especially since Armenian Airlines will soon launch an inaugural flight to Europe with its new Airbus 310 airplane which is scheduled to be delivered on July 7.

According to Achoyan–the president of Georgian Airlines had made the same offer to him.
