British Citizen Sponsors Humanitarian Delivery to Karabakh

STEPANAKERT (Noyan Tapan)–Karabakh’s Foreign minister Naira Melkumian Sunday met with British entrepreneur David Dole–who discussed the mission of his humanitarian trip to Karabakh for the delivery of numerous packages of medical equipment–as well as baby food and other maternity hospital needs.

Melkumian thanked Dole for his selfless efforts–and the British businessman informed the foreign minister that he would be carrying out several more such trips to assist the Stepanakert military hospital.

Melkumian announced several programs to assist Dole in implementing targeted programs in Nagorno-Karabakh.

For his part Dole–who had already visited Karabakh to assist in the construction and equipment of the Rehabilitation Center and the Orthopedic Center for Making Prosthetic Appliances in Stepanakert–referred to the positive changes that took place in Karabakh since his last visit.
