Prime Minister Meets With Georgian Officials

YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–Prime Minister Armen Darbinian met with Chief of the State Property Department of Georgia Mikhail Ukleba and Minister of Communication Sergio Esakia Tuesday.

At the meeting–the prime minister stressed the importance of applying mechanisms of cooperation in the sphere of state property management–privatization–communication and transport–which correspond to the new political and economic conditions that formed after the two countries gained independence.

The prime minister pointed out that the modernization of the common economic zone and–in particular–means of communication meets the two counties’ economic and political interests.
