Toumanian Museum Demanded to Be Cleaned Up

YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–The "Human Rights 96" Union of Public Organizations addressed an open letter to Minister of Culture–Youth Affairs and Sports Roland Sharoyan urging him to take measures to assign a commission to lead the museum of the great Armenian writer Hovhannes Toumanian out of the current disgraceful state and send an official refutal to the slanderous press allegations addressed to the beneficiaries of Toumanian.

The press center of the Ministry of Culture–Youth Affairs and Sports was to have denied the press insults addressed to the beneficiaries of Toumanian in a week’s time and assigned a commission on the issue of the museum following a decision made by a roundtable arranged by the Union a month ago.
