Program for Use of Japanese Credit Submitted

YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–A delegation from Armenia led by Energy Minster Merouzhan Mikaelian was scheduled to leave for Tokyo Wednesday.

The delegation is expected to sign an agreement on restoration of energy supplying lines and energy distributing networks.

The delegation will also present a plan from the Prime Minister on the use of the Japanese credits worth $4 million. This credit is slated to be used for restoration of energy supplying lines–reduction of energy losses–installation of automated information system–as well as the purchase of new technological material and further development of the energy sector.
