Armenian Community to Meet with Sheriff Lee Baca

GLENDALE–Newly elected Los Angeles County Sheriff Lee Baca will meet with members of the Armenian Community on Wednesday–February 17–1999 from 7 to 10 p.m. at the Verdugo Hills Country Club in Glendale–CA. All members of the community are urged to attend this open town forum.

During his campaign–Sheriff Baca showed himself to be a friend of the Armenian community–and now that he has assumed his new office–he is eager to hear from the community on issues relating to our youth and public safety.

The evening will feature a panel discussion with audience questions and a special video presentation. The panel discussion will be moderated by Prison Chaplain–Bedros Hadjian; Community Leader–Tomik Alexanian; and Youth–Community Leader–Anita Matta. The Verdugo Hills Country Club is located at 400 W.
