Davoush Governor Expelled

YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–Davoush governor Pavlik Asatrian was relieved from his post last week as mandated by Armenia’s Prosecutor General’s office because of charges of embezzlement of 157 million drams–Prosecutor General Aghvan Hovsepian told "Ar" television station Saturday.

The Prosecutor General also noted that illegalities were revealed in the governors’ offices in Kodaik–Armavir and Lorou during the terms of former governors.
