NATO Inspectors Visit Armenia

YEREVAN (AP)–Nine NATO military officials are in Armenia to perform site inspections under the treaty on Conventional Forces in Europe–the Foreign Ministry said Wednesday.

The treaty–signed in 1990 in Paris–set out country-by-country limits on troops and conventional weapons.

The visit–which began Wednesday and is scheduled to end on Friday–is the second inspection tour this year.
