YEREVAN (Armenpress)–Asim Molazade from Azerbaijan’s People Front is quoted by Bilik Dyunasi news agency as saying–"Azerbaijan has failed to tell the international community the truth about Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict. This is the main reason why many international organizations call the demand for territorial integrity–put forward by Azerbaijan–into question. Azerbaijan has failed to reach national solidarity. Without it would be impossible to find a solution to the conflict favorable for Azerbaijan."
Chairman of Azerbaijan’s People’s Party Panakh Huseinov said–"The conflict can be divided into two stages–before 1994 cease-fire and after it. The current regime intends to conclude the military defeat with a diplomatic one. This will undoubtedly deprive Azerbaijan from legal basis to restore its sovereignty over the Karabagh. We should seriously think about creating a national resistance movement."
Mayis Safarli from Yurddash party thinks that "to solve the conflict through military actions would be more expedient." But he doubts the ability of Azerbaijani army to succeed.
Zardusht Alizade from Azerbaijani Social-Democratic party says that Azerbaijani nationalism creates threats for existent approaches for resolution of the conflict. The best example of it is the idea of Greater Azerbaijan cherished by some forces. The Anna Veten party program put in territorial claims for Dagestan–Iran–Georgia and even Iraq. If Azerbaijan wants to be understood correctly by international community it must base its policy on international legal norms–UN Regulations–Geneva Convention and other laws."
