Russia Armenia Sign Three Military Co Operation Agreemen’s

MOSCOW (Armenpress)–Russian Defense Minister Igor Sergeyev and his Armenian counterpart Vagharshak Harutunian signed three military co-operation agreemen’s Thursday in Moscow.

Under one of the accords–Russia will provide ranges for field shooting by Armenia’s air defense units–Defense Ministry officials told Itar-Tass.

The two other accords concern joint air defense alert–and define the tasks and powers in air defense interaction between Armenia’s armed forces and an air defense unit at the Russian military base deployed in Armenia.
