EBRD Interested in Development of Armenia’s Economy

YEREVAN (Armenpress)–Armenia’s prime minister Andranik Markarian welcomed the acting head of the Armenian office of the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development–Yurgen Schram–Tuesday. Schram is also the head of the EBRD Georgian office.

According to the government information and public relations department–the participants of the meeting discussed the process of the programs–realized by the EBRD in Armenia and new directions of possible cooperation.

Prime minister Markarian stressed the importance of the measures taken by the EBRD to develop the economy in Armenia and the fact that these programs involve different sectors of the economy.
