Constitutional Amendmen’s Commission Examines German Opinion

YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–The Presidential Constitutional Amendment Commission has recently slowed down due to the Commission members being too busy–Head of the Commission–Minister of Justice David Harutiunian told Noyan Tapan.

He said that the opinion of German experts presented two weeks ago is currently under examination. "If no other work is assigned to us–I think we will finish our work within a month," Harutiunian said.

The minister pointed out that in preparing the Constitutional amendmen’s the Commission considers the fact that "there are problems typical of a law-abiding state–and their solution–if not stipulated by the Constitution–becomes a subject for commen’s and different interpretations in each particular case."
