Chairman of the Head Commission Major Barkhudarian gave assurances that the Karabakh National Assembly is ready to share the responsibility of the country’s future with the executive power–to carry out a severe tax policy and work out a privatization program. At the same time–he pointed out that the privatization should not apply to facilities of strategic importance.

According to the representative of ARF faction Vahram Balayan–the budget does not reflect the immediate and long-term social and economic policy of the country or the main finance investment levers which must put into action new industrial relations in the sphere of agriculture.
