Armenia’s Prime Minister to Visit Karabakh

YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–Armenia’s Prime Minister Andranik Margarian will be visiting Armenia’s Siunik province and the Republic of Karabakh from August 3 to 5. The premier is to hold a conference at the Siunik regional administration office to discuss the implementation of government program in the Meghri region.

After attending meetings at Meghri’s municipality–Margarian will take part in the ceremony to name Meghri’s military unit after the great military commander Garegin Njdeh. This ceremony will be provided for by the program of events on the celebration of Njdeh’s 115th birthday anniversary.

According to the Government’s Information and Public Relations Department–on August 3–the delegation led by Margarian will leave for Stepanakert–where they will discuss the actions necessary for the fulfillment of the memorandum on cooperation signed by the governmen’s of Armenia and Karabakh.
