Simon Vratsian ARF Center Opens in Yerevan

YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–The opening ceremony of the Simon Vratsian Center was held in Yerevan September 13. The building in the center was leased to the ARF in 1999–and now the party has purchased it.

Harutyun and Mary Sarajians–Armenia’s living in Greece–greatly helped the purchase and repair of the building. While thanking them–member of the ARF Supreme Body Artashes Shahbazian pointed out that the Sarajian family great assisted in carrying out many patriotic initiatives–for example–in publishing the Hay Tad textbook–a textbook of the history of the Armenian Cause in many of the Armenian schools.

The Simon Vratsian center houses the offices of the ARF Bureau–and many other ARF offices.
