Writers Union Wants Street School Named After Bagrat Ulubabian

STEPANAKERT (Noyan Tapan)–The Board of the Union of Writers of Karabakh made a decision to ask Karabakh authorities to name one of the streets of Stepanakert after historian–writer and publicist Bagrat Ulubabian.

The Union’s Board suggested naming an educational institution in Stepanakert after Ulubabian also. The Union also suggested that a Artsakh Liberation Movement Museum should be established in the capital and to name after the prominent writer and historian.

The meeting decided to institute a Bagrat Ulubabian prize for the best scientific-historical work.
