MOSCOW (Noyan Tapan)– Moscow hosted the second annual trade and goods exhibition on December 10-14–among the ten former soviet republic states.
There were 36 Armenian companies participating in the exhibition–ten of which won various medals.
The Armenia Development Agencies director Vahakn Movsessian–announced on Thursday that three gold medal winners. "Vedy Alko," OUSDA Mep," and "Likvor Farmazepht," all tied for first place. Others that received honorable mentions were "Armenmotor,"Sava," and "Connect," corporations. Three other Armenian organizations were acknowledged by the All-Russian exhibition.
The Armenian organizations that participated in the Exhibition received higher praise when they were recognized as the only organization from a former soviet republic that were non-governmental and financed the expenses of the exhibition themselves.
The participating Armenian Companies included wineries–various cheese producers–drinks–sweets–and various appetizers. Movsesian also announced that the third CIS cultural exhibition will take place in Yerevan.
This place Armenian business in the forefront of competition.
