Pan Armenian Athletic Summit Set for 2003

YEREVAN (Armenpress)–According to the projected schedule of the International Committee of Pan-Armenian Games–Yerevan will host the Pan-Armenian Athletic Summit–which will include 300 delegates from 100 different countries.

The summit–which just like the International Olympic Committee–will be held once in several years–will discuss issues concerning the games including the pan-Armenian athletic movement in general–organizational issues as well as discussions regarding the convenient dates for the games.

The last session of the ICPAG took place in the French city of Nice–during which a nine-member board was elected–consisting of ICPAG directors as well as representatives from athletic organizations worldwide.
