New Book Examines Genocide Issue Within UN

The Greek Ghortios publishing house published recently the book authored by Varuzhan Atarian–entitled "Armenian Genocide within the United Nations" which is colaborated by the International Organization of Human Rights and Peoples’ Freedom–located in Paris–France as well as Evksinos Pontios club of Salonica.

The opening of the book was written by Nobel Prize winner Adolfo Perez Esquivel and Mikhalis Kharalampitis.

The book discusses the diplomatic and political struggle implemented within the framework of the United Nations aimed at the recognition of the Armenian Genocide for the past 10 years as well as other genocides–which have taken place worldwide and–however–still remain unpunished.

The cover of the book features the symbolic monument located in front of the United Nations headquaters in Geneva.
