YEREVAN (Armenpress)–On March 13–the Armenian court of appeals rejected the appeal made by Andranik Poghosian against presidential bodyguard Aghamal Harutunian–sentenced to a two-year suspended prison term for the involuntary killing of Georgian-Armenian Poghos Poghosian last September 25 at a Yerevan cafe.
