Four Armenian Power Distribution Networks Unite

YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–According to the decision of the Armenian government–four power distribution networks have been united in the "United Power Grid" newly established CJSC.

The new company will have three-stage management: A common assembly–a board of directors and an executive body. The common assembly has already elected the board of directors. Lyova Galstian–the former director of the "Southern Grid" company–has been appointed as director.

After structural changes–four power distribution networks with small staff will be considered as territorial services. The single management of the power grid proposes that some links of management in territorial services will be reduced–mainly accounting services–and the problem of operation will be laid on branches.
