Armenian Russian Officials Discuss Regional Problems

YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–At a meeting of Armenian Minister of Foreign Affairs Vardan Oskanian and Alexey Borodavkin–the Director of the 4th Department of the CIS countries of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia–held on March 25–issues regarding Armenia-Russia relations–the tenth anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries as well as regional problems were discussed.

According to the Armenian Foreign Affairs Public Relations Department–the sides discussed Armenia’ relations with its neighbors–the latest processes in the Caucasus and their possible influence–the prospects of the resolution of regional conflicts and the current stage of the Karabakh settlement.

According to the same source–a delegation headed by Alexey Borodavkin is in Armenia with the purpose of holding consultations between the Foreign Affairs ministers of the two countries.
