UN Representative Says Negotiations Are Deadlocked

ANKARA (Armenpress)–After failure of another phase in Greek-Turkish negotiations concerning the settlement of the Cyprus conflict–the leader of UN mediatory mission in Cyprus–personal representative of UN Secretary General Alvaro de Sotto announced that negotiations have reached a deadlock.
