NATO May Open Representation in Tbilisi

TBILISI (Armenpress)–NATO may open representation in the Georgian capital of Tbilisi later this year–a Georgian parliament member Georgiy Baramidze–was quoted as saying by the Prime News agency. Baramidze is head of Georgia’s parliament delegation to the NATO parliamentary assembly.

Baramidze had been to Brussels last week at NATO headquarters. He said that if opened–the representation may become the regional center of NATO-sponsored Partnership for Peace Program.
