Turkish Terrorist Confesses to Church Bombings

ISTANBUL (Yerkir)–Abdullah Ekim–a Turkish citizen–was arrested on November 8 in Istanbul and charged with several acts of ‘vandalism’ in connection with Armenian as well as other Christian Churches in Istanbul. He was severely wounded when arrested. During the initial interrogation–Abdullah Ekim confessed to participating in the bombings of the Bakr Kyugh and Ghalatia Armenian Churches–the Beyoghli Greek Church–and the Turkish Orthodox Church. According to Marmara newspaper–Abdullah Ekim–who has been building explosives right in his Istanbul apartment–is a suspected member of a terrorist organization. Both of his hands were accidentally blown off as a result of an experiment which apparently went bad–ending in an explosion. Examining Ekim in the hospital–doctors notified the police. The police are currently trying to find out the details of the terrorist organization Abdullah Ekim allegedly belongs to–and possible accomplices he may have.
