YEREVAN (Yerkir)–Armenian President Robert Kocharian will arrive in Prague–the capital of the Czech Republic–on November 21 to participate in the summit of the Euro-Atlantic Partnership Council–or EAPC (formerly the North Atlantic Cooperation Council).
The Armenian delegation includes Defense Minister Serj Sargsian–Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian–head of the Armenian mission in NATO Viken Chitechian–Armenian Ambassador to the Czech Republic Jivan Tabibian–senior officials–and journalists.
The presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan are scheduled to hold a face-to-face meeting on November 21–according to the Armenian presidential press service–and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Minsk Group co-chairs will join the meeting later the day. On November 22–the Armenian delegation will attend the EAPC summit at the Congress Center–where the Armenian president is scheduled to make a speech.
President Kocharian will also meet with French President Jacques Chirac and Georgian President Eduard Shevardnadze.
The Armenian president will also visit the headquarters of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty to meet with the journalists of the Armenian Service.
