MOSCOW (Aztag)–Speaking about the likely prospect of US troops being stationed in Azerbaijan–Russian military security deputy Yuri Panetskin stressed that although Russia could not dictate whether Azerbaijan ought to allow foreign military presence on its territory–it would–nevertheless be unhappy by such a move.
"In our relations with Azerbaijan–an immediate neighbor–we are obliged to ask exactly what intent it has in allowing foreign troops to be stationed on its territory," said Panetskin during a press conference.
