Sarkisian Rules Out Unrest After Municipal Election

YEREVAN (RFE/RL)–President Serzh Sarkisian said on Friday that the upcoming municipal elections in Yerevan will not be followed by violent unrest and dismissed opposition pledges to use them for toppling his administration.
