BRUSSELS–Javier Solana–the European Union’s (EU) High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy–and the foreign ministers of Armenia–Azerbaijan and Georgia will meet on December 13–following separate discussions between the three foreign ministers on EU-South Caucasus relations.
The meetings will be chaired by Solana–and will include EU Special Representative Ambassador Heikki Talvitie–Austrian State Secretary for Foreign Affairs Hans Winkler–and representatives from the UK Presidency–and the Commission. The delegations from the South Caucasus countries will be led by Vartan Oskanian–Elmar Mammadyarov–and Gela Bejuashvili–the Foreign Ministers of Armenia–Azerbaijan–and Georgia.
