The presentation of the English-language edition of the Houshamatyan Album-Atlas of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation, Volume I, will be held on Sunday, Dec. 10, at 6 p.m. at Avedissian Hall, 5300 White Oak Avenue, Encino, CA. Admission is free. Attending the event, which includes an artistic program, will be descendants of Krisdapor Mikayelian, Rosdom, and Simon Zavarian, as well as other honored guests, including author Aram Saroyan, who will make remarks. The large, coffee-table size book contains the abbreviated histories of the major revolutionary epics and the biographies of more than 320 Armenian freedom fighters from 1890 to 1914 as well as 33 maps.
