Glendale Ghapan Sister City Association Launches New Website

GLENDALE–The Glendale Ghapan Sister City Association (GGSCA) announced today the launch of its new website designed to further enhance cultural exchanges and strengthen the relations between the two cities. The website can be found on the internet at www.glendale-ghapan.org.
"The website will serve to keep both communities aware of the association’s activities as well as enhance cultural exchanges between the two cities,” stated GGSCA Board Member, Arpi Andonian. “On behalf of the Glendale Ghapan Sister City Association, I would like to extend my deep appreciation to Alec Baghdasaryan and Information Integration Group, Inc. for doing such a phenomenal job of designing the website,” added Andonian.
The new website, which comes a month prior to the 5th year anniversary of GGSCA provides visitors the opportunity to breeze through the association’s past accomplishmen’s, its current projects ,as well as links to donate, and stay up to date through the archives of the associations press releases. Individuals visiting the website will also find information on cities of Glendale and Ghapan as well as contact information.
“The Glendale/Ghapan Sister City program has been of tremendous benefit to both communities,” noted Zizette Ayad, City of Glendale Community Relations Coordinator. “It is our hope that this new website will enhance the public knowledge and the relationship between our two cities,” added Ayad.

GGSCA is a non-profit organization that aims to foster goodwill and understanding through cultural, educational, economic cooperation between the people of Glendale and Ghapan. The GGSCA was established through the joint effort of the Armenian National Committee of Glendale, the City of Glendale, and the City of Ghapan, to help cultivate economic cooperation and cultural exchanges between the two cities.
