BAKU (Today)-Iranian Mobile Operator Kish Company has signed a roaming agreement with the Nagorno-Karabakh Telecom Company, despite the Republic’s unrecognized status.
Gemini network LTD, a Lithuanian company, which produces phone cards in Lithuania has also made its phone cards available for people who wish to phone to Nagorno Karabakh and the surrounding liberated territories. The move allows European subscribers to make calls to Nagorno-Karabakh
The website of both country’s, as well as Russia’s Telekomtrade company, show’s the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic as part of Armenia.
Telekomtrade, allows its customers in Russia to call anywhere in Nagorno-Karabakh.
Azerbaijan’s Ambassador to Iran Abbasali Hasanov said his country would investigate the cooperation between the Kish Company and Karabakh Telecom.
