Armenia to Participate in International Asian Business Conference

YEREVAN (Armenpress)–An Armenian Foreign Ministry Delegation will be in Kazakhstan’s capital on Thursday to participate in the second annual Asian Society Business Conference, reported the Armenian Foreign Ministry.

The high profile three-day conference in Astana will be attended by influential business leaders and high-ranking representatives of international and regional organizations and corporations.

Heading the Armenian delegation to the conference will be Deputy Foreign Minister Gegham Gharibjanian.

Key speakers at the conference will include the Kazakh President and Prime Minister and the EU’s special representative for Central Asian issues and other officials. The forum will look into Kazakhstan’s trade and investment potentials and other economic issues. The first Asian Society conference took place in 2005 June.
