LOS ANGELES–Melineh Kurdian’s live performances continue to draw large, exuberant crowds to her shows. From the moment the Armenian-American songstress gets on stage and starts tuning her guitar, you can’t help but be drawn to her and her signature folk-rock style. That reaction will be multiplied threefold as she’s joined by international touring singer/songwriters Liz Clark and Tessa Perry for a show at Hotel Caf? in Los Angeles on November 1.
Liz’s second album, Hand On The Stove, garnered wide acclaim including airplay on Sirius Satellite Radio and the BBC. She has also shared the stage with numerous well-known musicians including Joe Walsh, Ritchie Havens, Linda Perry, and The Counting Crows. Tessa also has amazing credits under her belt, performing across Europe with headliners like Ani Difranco, the Indigo Girls and the Corrs. They’ll each be bringing their own entertaining stories to the show, while sharing harmonies and guitar licks with Melineh’s songs. Melineh’s album, From Where You Are, is garnering critical acclaim, and her song "As Good as You" has become a staple on MTV LOGO and been nominated for Best Music Video by the Arpa International Film Festival. In addition, Kurdian’s song "World" was chosen to be included in the album Musicians for Stroke Awareness, and several of her songs have been licensed for use on MTV shows like The Real World.
