Baku Budgets $60 Billion for Karabakh ‘Repatriation’

BAKU (APA)–Azerbaijan has drafted a $60-billion program for mine clearing and the return of Azeri inhabitants to Nagorno-Karabakh.

Billed as “The Great Return,” the program would also devote considerable resources to resuscitating the region’s economy, the Russian Regnum news agency reported Tuesday.

“We are ready to launch this process as soon as a peace agreement with Armenia is signed,” the Kavkazsky Uzel news service quoted Azerbaijani Deputy Prime Minister Ali Gasanov as saying.

if they can allocate $60 billion for an unnecessary repatriation, why are they still taking a handout from the U.S., better yet, why is the U.S. government giving them any aid????

I think the bulk of this $60 billion would disappear in the corrupt Aliev clan’s large pockets.

Use that money to take your people out of Armenian lands in Nakhichevan. And don’t worry about Artsakh, we are taking care of that
