UNITED NATIONS—The Resolution on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, introduced by Azerbaijan, will remain on the agenda of the 64th UN General Assembly, the Azeri Permanent Representative to the UN Aqshin Mehdiyev said.

Furthermore, Mehdiyev added that bills on so-called frozen conflicts in within GUAM, as well as the so-called “occupied territories of Azerbaijan” will also be submitted for consideration by the UN General Assembly.

Georgia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Moldova formed a loose grouping of nations known as GUAM.

Azerbaijan will submit a new resolution on information technology and the Super Highway project by Azeri Communications Minister Ali Abbasov, Mehdiyev said.

Mehdiyev added that the Azeri representatives to UN will work on other projects as well.
