BURBANK—The Armenian National Committee of will host a college and career fair on Saturday, November 12 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event will take place at the quad of Burbank High School, 902 North Third Street. It is being hosted in partnership with the Confederation of All-Armenian Student Associations (All-ASA).
“We are excited to welcome students from the Burbank area to learn more about their college and career opportunities,” said Verginie Touloumian, an ANC Burbank organizing committee member and student at Woodbury University. “The ANC Burbank is committed to promoting greater civic engagement among Armenian Americans and at the foundation of this is education. Working with the college Armenian Student Associations is a great way to expand our peer outreach efforts in the community.”
The event is focused on providing an interactive experience where students can speak with representatives from different colleges and professions. Attendees will learn and receive materials regarding the application process, financial aid, internships, and admissions.

The Confederation of the All-Armenian Student Association (All-ASA) promotes communication between its Constituent Organizations and provides forums, through which the organizations may announce events, publicize activities, share ideas regarding the Armenian college student community, and facilitate the formulation of All-ASA programs.
The Armenian National Committee of Burbank advances the social, economic, cultural, and political rights of the area’s Armenian American community and promotes increased Armenian American civic participation at the grassroots and public policy levels.
