Chairman Hyde agrees to mark-up bill in committee

YEREVAN–Karabagh’s new parliament held its first session on Thursday and elected its leadership. The new speaker of the local assembly is Ashot Ghulian the leader of the Democratic Party of Artsakh (AZhK).
